HGH Pills - Anti Ageing HGH Supplement
Friday, December 18th, 2009Some people continually count the calories of everything they eat while others, the majority, seem to consume whatever they please. You know the sort of person who likes that week-old cupcake on the kitchen counter, or those stale dough nuts in the conference room at work. They spot the sugary treat, the heart starts pounding, its snatched up and wolfed down. We all seem to seek this ‘instant gratification’ never considering how beneficial health supplements can be. HGH promotes growth in children and plays an important role in adult metabolism. The body secretes the hormone, in decreasing amounts, throughout our lifetimes.
That may have been rather vivid but I would never encourage people to consume anything and everything. This is simply detrimental to your health, in fact, maybe you want to kick some of those food habits and test out some contemporary health supplements. This isn’t as bad as you think because these are generally very good for you. The worst thing is when people who have never tried them say how awful they taste.
This is absurd because you have to try certain things in life before you can determine what you think of them; besides no-one is asking you to eat a frog now are they? You see, the health supplements I’m talking about are of the powdered variety; like chocolate or banana flavor that contains essential minerals. Although I have tried many, I have stuck with two regulars and one of them is a multivitamin that I have been taking for as long as I can remember. I believe everyone no matter how healthily you eat would benefit from taking multivitamins and all you do is swallow one at a mealtime.
The second health supplement is a whey protein shake which I started taking a little while back. I suppose it’s the fact that you get so much protein and goodness from what is essentially a milk shake. The best thing about it is you can drink it at almost anytime although I enjoy mine around lunchtime. The other benefit is that they add about 30 grams of protein which really benefits muscle growth.
These days, the types of health supplements on offer have been designed to give you all the good and none of the bad. The things you don’t want are cholesterol, sugar, saturated fat and salt, we all get enough of these things as it is. I would suggest you have a look on the internet to see what health supplements are on offer, try them for a while and just see how good you feel.
